What is a Band Blitz?
Band Blitz is an all-day event where bands and artists get 30 minutes to record and film two songs.
Songs are professionally mixed, mastered, and edited into high-quality videos for an all-inclusive price of $150.
It's a fast, efficient & cost-effective way to showcase your music with professional-quality recordings and videos, all for just $150.

Price:
Total: $150 (covers professional recording, mixing and mastering of two songs, and video recording and editing)
Deposit: $50 due at sign-up to lock in your time slot. Deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment: Remaining balance is due by March 1, 2025

Session Details:
Each band/artist is allocated 30 minutes for setup, recording, filming two songs, and cleanup.
Check-in must be completed at least 30 minutes before the scheduled recording time.
Efforts will be made to keep all bands on schedule, but patience is appreciated.
Preparation and Setup:
Bands will wait in Studio D upon check-in for tuning and preparation.
At the scheduled time, bands will proceed to Studio E for recording and filming setup.
Equipment Guidelines:
Stay Tuned Studios will provide:
Amps
Drums (including cymbals)
Single kick pedal (drummers may bring a double kick pedal if preferred)
Drummers must bring sticks but not cymbals.
No alterations to the provided equipment are allowed.
Maximum Band Size:
Maximum of 7 members per band with a max of 3 vocals.
Song Selection:
Bands can perform either original compositions or covers.
Stay Tuned Studios does not claim ownership of any recorded songs.
Rehearsal and Preparation:
Bands must arrive fully prepared with rehearsed songs.
Each song must be no longer than 4 minutes.
Recording Schedule:
Each band will perform two songs, with the opportunity to play each song twice for the best take.
Payments and Policies:
Final payments are due by March 1, 2025.
Bands failing to pay in full by the deadline may lose their spot.
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 1, 2025.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Changes and Additional Charges:
Any requested changes to the mix or video edit may result in additional charges.
Agreement:
By signing up, bands agree to follow all stated rules, terms, and procedures.

1. What is Band Blitz?
Band Blitz is an all-day event where bands and artists get 30 minutes to record and film two songs. It’s an affordable and cost-effective way to get professional-quality recordings and videos for just $150.
2. How much does it cost to participate in Band Blitz?
The total cost is $150. This includes professional audio recording, mixing, mastering, and video recording and editing. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your time slot, with the final balance due by March 1, 2025.
3. What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring your instruments (guitar, bass, keyboard, etc.). DO NOT bring cymbals—Stay Tuned Studios will provide them. Drummers should bring their sticks and a kick or double-kick pedal if preferred. A single kick pedal is provided.
4. What equipment is provided?
Stay Tuned Studios provides amps, drums (with cymbals), and a single kick pedal for drummers. No alterations to provided equipment are allowed.
5. How long is each time slot?
Each band/artist gets 30 minutes for setup, recording, filming, and clean-up.
6. How many songs can we record?
You can record two songs, each up to 4 minutes long. You will have the chance to play each song twice to ensure the best take.
7. Can we perform covers or original songs?
You can perform either original compositions or covers. Stay Tuned Studios does not own the rights to any recorded songs.
8. What is the cancellation policy?
There are no refunds for cancellations made after March 1, 2025. Deposits are non-refundable.
9. When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due by March 1, 2025. If not paid in full by this date, your time slot may be forfeited.
10. What happens after the recording?
After the recording, your songs will be professionally mixed and mastered, and the video will be edited. All of this is included in the price. Expect to see finished videos within 4-8 weeks.
11. How many band members can participate?
The maximum band size is 7 members, with specific limits on each instrument category.
12. Can we book more than one session?
Yes, bands can book multiple sessions if they wish to record more songs or require additional time.
13. How do we sign up?
Sign-ups are open now through March 1, 2025. You can secure your time slot by paying the $50 deposit.
14. Can we make changes to the mix or video after the session?
Any requested changes to the mix or video edit may result in additional charges.
